Note: The online registration is done via www.maxfunregister.com - a service of MaxFun Sports GmbH. The billing takes place in the name and on account of the organizer. The contract is directly between the participant and the organizer. MaxFun Sports is only an intermediary and technical service provider.
The invoice can be requested via the register.com portal https://admin.maxfunregister.com/site/login. In case of a guest registration, a LINK is printed on the registration confirmation where you can directly access the user zone.
Procedure: Click on the event name, scroll down and click on the "Invoice" button at the bottom. Enter the data for the billing address and then you will receive the invoice as a PDF for printing.

PACKAGE: With your ticket you will not only be able to enter your race, but you will also receive numerous other services such as catering and goodies! You can find detailed information in the participation information of the respective competitions.

Note: Discounts can only be claimed in advance, not after registration.
Team discount:
4 or more: If 4 or more participants register at the same time, each participant will receive a discount of € 3,- on the entry fee. All members must be registered together in one single registration process.

AT&S Vertical Iron Sprint:
Participants who register for one of the Erzberg dirtrun events will receive their ticket for the AT&S Vertical Iron Sprint for only € 23,- instead of € 29,-.
Erzberg dirtrun 8 km / training ticket:
Participants who register for a long distance Erzberg dirtrun (16 km or 24 km) will get their ticket for the 8 km distance (which takes place the day before) for only € 55,-. The perfect training opportunity!
Discounts are automatically taken into account if conditions are met.
Discounts are only valid for online registrations, not valid for late registrations on site.

With confirming the registration or in case of group registrations at the latest with collecting the race numbers (by the registered participant), the general conditions of participation and the exclusion of liability are accepted.
The acceptance of the terms and conditions including the disclaimer is a prerequisite for your participation in the "Krone Erzberg Adventure Days".

CHANGES & REBOOKINGS
Rebooking to another participant who meets the required conditions or rebooking to another race is possible up to 14 days before the start of the event. For a rebooking/change costs of EUR 10,- will be charged. The rebooking is completed as soon as the rebooking amount is transferred and received by the organizer's bank account . The rebooking including the personal data of the new participant must be communicated to the organizer by e-mail (info@erzbergsport.at).
Note: In case of not being able to participate, a withdrawal from the registration is not possible and there is basically no right to a refund of the entry fee.
